Sierra Estate Expectations — Phase One
The beginning phase of an original luxury estate management business concept I created from the ground up. This first version explores the initial brand direction, services, content, imagery, and custom-coded website for a potential future business focused on high-end homes, ranches, and second residences. Included as a “before” look at my creative process, this concept will later be redesigned and developed into a more refined final brand and website.

Hi, I'm Georgia...
the artist, designer, and creative force behind GANDesigns.
I've spent much of my life creating. My background crosses fine art, graphic design, photography, digital art, branding, website design, and development—giving me a unique way of approaching creative projects from both an artistic and technical perspective.
GANDesigns is where those different parts of my creative experience come together. Instead of limiting myself to one medium, I use whatever combination of art, design, imagery, technology, and creative tools best serves the idea.
I especially enjoy working with artists, makers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses that want something with personality. Whether I'm creating a website, developing a brand, editing photography, designing graphics, or building a complete visual experience, I want the finished work to feel original rather than pulled from a template.
Based near Lake Tahoe and the Carson Valley, my work is heavily influenced by art, nature, color, technology, and a lifelong curiosity about creating new things.
What Inspires the Work
Living and working in the Sierra Nevada region, I'm constantly inspired by the natural light, colors, textures, and landscapes that surround me.
The mountains, water, changing seasons, and open skies of Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe have influenced my art and photography for years—and that same visual influence carries into my digital work.
With a foundation in studio art, photography, digital art, graphic design, and web development, I approach each project as both a designer and an artist.
I love combining traditional creative instincts with modern technology, experimenting with new tools and finding unexpected ways to turn an idea into something visual.
